Hot Ones spices up the Twin City with new wing and sandwich options

Hot Ones Wings & Sandwiches is teaming up with Timmy’s Hot Chicken & Small Batch for an exclusive delivery-only and pick-up pop-up, bringing the heat to Winston-Salem.

If you’re not already familiar, Hot Ones (https://www.youtube.com/user/FirstWeFeast) is the wildly popular YouTube show where celebrities eat increasingly spicy chicken wings while answering tough questions. With millions of fans and a reputation for fiery fun, it’s become a true viral sensation – and now, for the first time, fans in Winston-Salem can get a taste of those famous sauces.

“With Wake Forest University and Winston-Salem State University being in the same area, Winston-Salem is the perfect place to launch Hot Ones,” said Marcel Grangien, who is the CEO of Mealco.

Winston-Salem can experience Hot Ones at home via menu items tossed in the famed fiery sauces. The menu features diners’ choice of delicious 6-piece or 12-piece wings, in addition to righteously spicy crispy chicken sandwiches, coated in sauces tested by A-list celebrities during the current season of the show. The spicy lineup of hot sauces fans can taste include:

*Los Calientes™ Rojo: Spicy and tropical

*Los Calientes™ Verde: Baja-inspired

*Los Calientes™ Barbacoa: Earth, smoke and heat

*The Classic™ Chili Maple: The perfect balance of sweet and heat

*Original Buffalo: Rich and tangy

*The Last Dab Apollo Hot Sauce

Menu items are for delivery and pick-up only from Timmy’s Hot Chicken & Small Batch. Diners can check out the full Hot Ones menu via hotonesdelivery.com or via Uber Eats, GrubHub, and Doordash.
